In this informative introduction to insight meditation, Arinna Weisman and Jean Smith combine clear explanations of the Buddha's teachings on freedom and happiness with their own personal stories that highlight challenges and insights from their practice. The authors offer advice about going on retreat, as well as help in choosing a teacher and a sangha (practice community).
