Paperback. You don't have an organization problem. You have a clarity problem. Walk into any home goods store and you'll find endless solutions: bins, baskets, labels, drawer dividers. Buy them, bring them home, fill them up and then watch as the clutter returns. Before you buy another bin, you need to read this book. After 30 years as a professional organizer and founder of two successful organization brands (Totally-Tiffany and The Organized Option), I've seen this pattern repeat thousands of times. The bins aren't the problem. The issue is that organization doesn't begin with containers, it begins with you. Before the Bins reveals the missing piece that no container can provide: the mental and emotional preparation required for lasting change. This isn't another book telling you to own less, feel guilty about your mess, or aspire to someone else's aesthetic. This is about understanding the psychology beneath the clutter; why letting go feels impossible, why past attempts failed, why even good intentions lead to avoidance.Inside the pages of this book you'll discover: - Why disorganization is really about overwhelm, not laziness- How mental load, emotional attachment, and decision fatigue secretly control your space- Why dramatic overhauls fail, while tiny, intentional actions create sustainable change- How to align your home with your actual life, not an imagined perfect versionThis book won't tell you what to keep or release. It will give you a framework for making those decisions with clarity, confidence, and far less emotional drain. Whether you keep nearly everything or let go of a great deal, you'll create a home that supports you instead of exhausting you. Before you buy another bin, do the real work. Get mentally ready. The rest will follow. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
