Enter a radical reconstruction of what we've learned to believe about God and masculinity.
The Becoming A King Study Guide is an invitation to enter a rare and remarkable fellowship of like-hearted men. It's a call to have honest conversations about what power and responsibility look like for men in our world today. It's a journey to rediscover your kingship in Christ and the narrow path that leads to this inner transformation.
In this six-session video Bible study, journey with Morgan into a process that helps men discover and recover:
- Our true courage
- Our vulnerability
- God's design and desire to empower us in his Kingdom.
It is God's intention to entrust us to participate in the ongoing creativity of the universe. Yet, even a glance at our history and the world around us shows that the story of most men who are entrusted with power is a story of self-harm and harm of those under their care.
What's gone wrong? When can you entrust a man with power as God intended?
When we take a deeper look at the external problems around us, we begin to see that the problems lie rooted within our own souls.
Despite that, there is hope.
Curated and distilled over more than two decades, and mined from the lives of over seventy-five sages who have gone before us, Morgan shares what he discovered: an ancient and reliable path to restoring the heart of a man and becoming the kind of man who can wield power for good.
This study includes video notes, group discussion questions, and between-session personal study for each session.
Sessions include:
- Becoming Powerful
- Becoming a Son
- Becoming the Man You Were Born to Be
- Becoming a Generalist
- The Way of Becoming
- Becoming a King

Acerca del autor
Morgan Snyder is a grateful husband of twenty years and a proud father of a wildly creative and witty daughter and a joyful and passionate son. He serves as a strategist, entrepreneur, teacher, writer, and speaker. His passion is to shape the men and women who are shaping the kingdom of God. In 2010, he established BecomeGoodSoil.com, a fellowship of leaders whose global reach offers guidance for the narrow road of becoming the kind of person to whom God can confidently entrust the care of his kingdom. Morgan serves on the executive leadership team at Wild at Heart and Ransomed Heart Ministries and has contended for the wholeheartedness of men and women alongside John and Stasi Eldredge for more than two decades. He has led sold-out Wild at Heart men’s events across the United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, and Australia. Morgan goes off the grid every chance he gets, whether bowhunting in the Colorado wilderness or choosing the adventurous life with his greatest treasures: his wife, daughter, and son.

Descripción de la tienda
With 3 stores less than 1 hour outside the DC/Metropolitan area (1 in Gaithersburg, 1 in Frederick and 1 in Hagerstown, MD), we have the largest selection of books in the tri-state area. Wonder Book and Video has been in business since 1980 and online since 1997. We have over 1 Million books for sale on our website and another 1 Million books for sale in our 3 locations. Items on Abe are not necessarily in stock at our retail locations. Please do not call the stores to place orders for Abe Books sales. We have a very active online inventory and as such, we can receive multiple orders for the same item. We fill those orders on a first come first serve basis, but will refund promptly any items that are out of stock. Since 1980 it has always been about the books. ALL kinds of books from 95 cent children's paperbacks to five figure rare and collectibles. A merging of the old and new is where we started, and it is where we are today. Our retail stores have always been places where a reader can rush in looking for a title needed for a term paper that is due the next day, or where bibliophiles can get lost "in the stacks" for as long as they wish. In 2002 USAToday recognized us as "1 of 10 Great Old Bookstores", and we have been featured in numerous other newspaper and TV stories including Washington Post and CSpan. Members ABAA, ILAB.…
