Dr. Page teaches in the Department of Health Science at Brigham Young University. He has also taught at the University of Idaho, The Ohio State University, University of Northern Colorado, and SUNY Cortland. Dr. Page has published extensively in refereed journals on a number of topics. His current research interests include adolescent health, media literacy, substance abuse, and global health. He has written texts in school health education, epidemiology, drug abuse, and violence prevention.
Thomas C. Timmreck, Ph.D., California State University, San BernadinoDr. Timmreck received a Ph.D. in Health Science from the University of Utah, an M.A. in Community Health from Oregon State University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology: Human Relations and Behavior from Northern Arizona University, a B.S. in Health Science from Brigham Young University and a Graduate Certification in Gerontology from the Rocky Mountain Gerontology Center at the University of Utah.Dr. Timmreck has been an administrator and planner of a county health and social services agency for the elderly and served as an assistant administrator in a nursing home. He developed a Health Behavior Counseling Center; a Health Behavior Management consulting group; and in a major geriatric hospital, was director of planning, program development, and grants. Dr. Timmreck has been a professor in Health Science and Health Administration and Gerontology at four major universities, including serving as Department Chairman of a Health Services Administration program in a School of Health Professions. Additionally, he served as Department Head of Health Education and Health Promotion at a private college. Dr. Timmreck currently is a professor of Public Health and Health Administration and Planning at California State University, San Bernardino.
