With earlier original Bills of the Parliamentary session showing its progress through the Readings. Prepared and brought in by Lord John Russell and Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer. Some light foxing to a few pages otherwise very clean. Parliamentary Papers of this period are rare. It was not until 1836 that provision was made for their sale to the public. N.B. a heavy item.
