Acerca del autor: Richard Fish - In the early 1970s Richard made an intensive study of astrology. Having also studied under various Vedic teachers and astrologers, in 1977 he was awarded the degree and title of Jyotishnatak by Sri Visvanartha Deva Sarma, founder of the Viswa Jyotirvid Samgha. He has taught and practiced both Western and Vedic systems of astrology, as well as Hastha vidya (astropalmistry) and Prasna (horary astrology). As a Kriya-yogi and an ordained minister of The Center for Spiritual Awareness, Richard also teaches Kriya Yoga meditation techniques, considering the practice of yoga to be the true “inner astrology.” Richard lives in the United Kingdom in the village of Burtle, eight miles west of Glastonbury in Somerset. After college he attended the Mountain State School of Massage, and completed training with The American Institute of Vedic Studies and the European Institute of Vedic Studies in the subjects of Yoga, Ayurveda and Jyotish. He has studied astrology intensively under Richard Fish and Ernst Wilhelm. Ryan was initiated into Kriya Yoga by Roy Eugene Davis, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda, and teaches in the Kriya Yoga tradition. He teaches group meditation and Kriya Yoga practices, at various Yoga and New Thought Centers, and works with sincere students individually.
