ARTHUR M. LANGER is the Chair of Faculty and Curricular Development for Columbia University?s information technology programs where he is responsible for the management of over 70 technology courses. Dr. Langer is also on the faculty of the Graduate School of Education (Teachers College) and President and CEO of A. Langer & Associates (www.alanger.com), a firm that provides consulting services to corporations on information technology, staff development, and software engineering in the United States and Europe.
