Neuware - 'American Rural Highways' (1920) by Thomas Radford Agg provides a comprehensive overview of the principles and practices of rural highway design and construction in the early 20th century United States. This seminal work covers essential topics such as highway location, road materials, drainage systems, and the economic considerations involved in developing effective rural transportation networks.
