Airport Mouse is a character who welcomes and attempts to meet them on his own. In Airport Mouse Works the Nightshift he follows a path of tasks in the new airport terminal. He has done them before with Mr. Michelson, his friend and partner in maintenance. Working on his own, Airport Mouse finds that the airport seems bigger. He gets catapulted from his escalator and must make a running leap to get onto the Walkway. Airport Mouse's enthusiasm at the Food Court emphasizes how some choices made on one's own can cause difficulties. This story is an adventure towards developing self confidence.

Ruth E Clark Ed. D. is a retired educator who has worked with children and families for more than thirty years. She is a graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia. Dr. Clark resides in Naples Florida. Dr. Clark is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writer and Illustrators.
