There are two rooms Thomas D. Pagsisihan carries with him.
The first was not really a room. It was a doghouse behind a trailer in Georgia. He was twelve years old — wet, hungry, and trying to get out of the rain.
The second is an executive conference room. In that room he is not the abandoned kid wondering where his next meal will come from. He is a Chief Operating Officer, responsible for people, performance, and the future of a business.
No Address, No Limits is the story of everything that happened between those two rooms — and the continuous improvement system he used to get there.
Your history matters. It shaped you. But history is not destiny.
Pagsisihan did not discover one secret that suddenly made life work. He learned a process. Define reality. Name the next condition. Find the gap. Act. Measure. Learn. Standardize what works. Improve again.
From childhood poverty and homelessness to the Marine Corps, the plant floor, and the C-suite, he turned the language of Lean, DMAIC, Gemba, Daily Management, and servant leadership into a life practice anyone can run.
Inside this book you will learn how to: • Tell the truth about your current condition without turning pain into an identity • Build discipline when motivation disappears • Run your life like a great business — with targets, cadence, and visible work • Lead people without collecting followers • Treat setbacks as data instead of a verdict • Use a 90-day improvement plan and a full toolkit you can write in
This is a book for the person who has looked at the current condition of life and wondered whether something better was still possible.
You do not have to solve your entire life today. You have to become honest about where you are — and take the next disciplined step.
