It also contains appendixes focusing on laws pertaining to children with special needs (IDEA, Section 504, and ADA) and testifying as an expert witness; an expanded appendix on ethical, legal, and professional issues; an appendix on statistics and psychometrics; and handouts for parents that cover children with special needs and gifted and talented children.
