This book calls attention to designing experiences for everyday life. Experiences matter. Designing them with care helps us avoid pitfalls and creates room for quality. By calling attention to how we experience the experience we improve the odds for a favorable outcome. I share my learnings of over thirty years, enhanced by my study of design in theory and in practice. The book is a medley of eleven essays. The insights dwell on some main events encountered by most people. I worked through a wide ranging portfolio to arrive at the eleven as my credo or philosophy of life. The book is not exhaustive yet distilled, it tells the truth without all the facts, provokes thought, and invites a conversation.
