KATHARINE STANLEY_BROWN ABBOTT is the author of Nantucket Summers (1996), Cobblestones and Ice Cream Cones-A Trip to Nantucket in Rhymes (2019), A Zoo Full of Rhymes (2020), Henrietta (2022), Henrietta and the Fox (2023), and Where's Henrietta?(2024). She has also written a memoir and co-written three cookbooks and a commemorative book for a women's social club. She considers herself a generalist. Her eclectic interests include needlepoint, knitting, cooking, travel, reading, tennis, and life-long volunteerism. She is also an accomplished collage artist whose work has been exhibited and sold in juried shows, art festivals, and open studios. Abbott is a graduate of Vassar College and the mother of four adult children. She has five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She is widowed and a resident of Manchester, Massachusetts.

LISA BRENNAN has been creative since she was a child. She is an illustrator, songwriter, and poet. She enjoys rescuing animals in need, especially cats. She has worked in an elementary school library for about ten years and loves working and spending time with children. One of her favorite things has always been reading children's books during story-time in the school library. A child's imagination is a true gift.
