David Genest is the co-founder and director of performance for Motor Preferences Experts, specializing in neuro-biomechanics and athletic development. A certified professional baseball coach with over 30 years of experience, he works with NCAA teams and professionals to optimize performance. Fluent in French and English, he is also a specialist in primitive reflexes and tailored training strategies.
Matthew Swope is the head coach of the University of Maryland Terrapins and co-founder of Motor Preferences Experts, specializing in neuro-biomechanics and athletic development. He has nearly 20 years of experience coaching, managing, and playing baseball at the professional and NCAA Division I level. For the past decade, he has helped the Terrapins advance to six NCAA Regionals, two Super Regionals, back-to-back Big Ten Championships, and its first Big Ten Tournament Championship.
