Jeffrey Tolstad, MD, MMM, is a physician with decades of experience in both pediatric and adult anesthesiology. His career began with a foundation in psychology from the University of Southern California and grew through medical training at George Washington University, and beyond, where he developed practical strategies for learning and memory that supported his professional growth. More than forty years later, he earned a master's degree in business back at USC, where he went on to serve as Senior Associate Dean. Beyond medicine, Jeffrey has explored diverse fields-including entrepreneurial business ventures, community theater, screenwriting, and the hospitality industry-bringing a broad perspective to his work. His writing seamlessly blends insights from medicine, leadership, and personal experience with practical science, offering readers tools to strengthen their memory, improve their health, and enhance overall well-being.
