Author Tim Stockwell -- who was a child in the 1980s and 1990s -- witnessed a lot of this change but had not yet picked up a camera. Through the lenses of photographers like Jim Connor, Jeff Plant, Jeremy Plant, John Sesonske, Gordy Smith, and Jack Wright, Tim takes us on a journey through the Capital Region, with special attention paid to lines that no longer exist.
