Sinopsis

Sometimes it's about the money, usually followed by the crime, other times it's about the discovery. This time it's the reason why you disappear.

“If You Run You Can’t Hide” is a novel by Arthur S. Newman. The story revolves around Canvas Foxwell, a bank manager who uncovers a significant crime involving large sums of money being shifted across multiple branches. After reporting the crime, she faces threats, and torment, and eventually disappears. The novel promises a gripping mystery set in the serene yet dangerous Northern Neck.

Canvas Foxwell, a small-town Bank Manager with a passion for numbers and structure, which is superseded by her analytical thought process, is known to be kind and compassionate to everyone she meets.

The only match for the Northern Neck’s peaceful serenity is its beautiful picturesque sites. This piece of paradise is a wonderful place to live and an exceptional place to visit, except… if you become one of the missing, then the story does not end well for you.

When Canvas discovers a money laundering scandal being carried out by her superiors, her loyalty is put to the test. A test that will prove to be too much for any one person, especially when she disappears.
