Robert Gaglio is an Italian chef, tour specialist, and educator. He founded Italian Culinary Tours in 2014. He is passionate about providing unique, authentic Italian tours that offer guests a deep cultural experience and a sense of what it's like to live like an Italian in all its richness. He splits his time between Italy and Florida.
