Sam Baker is a 102-year-old WW11 veteran storyteller for children who intimately understands the importance of reading as the foundation of all learning. Sam enjoys writing funny stories for children, and grownups to enjoy.

As a long-time Arizonian, I've been drawing, cartooning, caricaturing, and sketching since I could virtually pick up a pencil and doodle. I enjoyed a wonderful career in finance and private banking but cartooning and caricaturing have always been a delight for me. For years, and on many occasions, my drawing antics have been my gift to family, friends, and work cohorts. Soooo when my friend Sam invited me to draw up the characters for his second kid's storybook, I couldn't pass up the fun!
