Sinopsis

This book tells the story of Patricia, a little girl who rejects the thought of trying a certain food due to its smell. Patricia has no desire to try something new. However, she learns the history of Chitterlings (aka Chitlins) and discovers that the food she rejects is (actually) a delicacy.

Patricia discovers she should not prejudge what is on someone else's plate as various foods from many cultures are prepared daily worldwide.

As she is challenged throughout the day, will she change her mind and try them?
