However, having persuaded a bevy of Hollywood insiders to film a movie on Orcas Island, persuaded her boyfriend that she's not leaving him to be a star, and persuaded Matt Jones—the islands most reputable drug dealer—to help bank roll the film, Tish Yearly has a lot riding on her being able to steer the movie into safe waters. But when the director turns up dead, Tish can see a storm is about to hit and now Tish and Tobias are racing against the clock to solve the case before the movie folds or Tish ends up in jail for a murder she didn't commit.
