We watch the world to understand it.
We watch people. Animals. Nature. The stars. We notice patterns, ask questions, and occasionally discover that something we have always accepted makes very little sense.
Time deserves the same attention.
It is woven into nearly everything we do. We save it. Waste it. Lose it. Make it. Kill it. Run out of it. We let clocks tell us when to eat, sleep, work, celebrate, hurry, worry, and sometimes when we are allowed to stop.
We complain that we don’t have enough of it, even after inventing thousands of ways to save it.
We give dogs extra years they never lived. We call someone late as though Time itself somehow failed to arrive. We spend enormous portions of our lives worrying about moments that haven’t happened yet.
And somehow, all of this seems perfectly normal.
Maybe it isn’t.
It’s Time looks at one of the most ordinary parts of human existence and asks some wonderfully unreasonable questions about it.
Not to help you manage your Time.
Just to make you notice what you’ve been letting it manage.
