This is a story of hope for those lost in a world of pain. Four strangers find themselves drawn into a desperate search for an elderly, suicidal millionaire. Racing against time, they must uncover the man’s location before his inner darkness consumes him. With only four geographical clues to guide them, their journey begins.
Along the way, they join an organization called the Four Points of the Compass Society, a group dedicated to helping those in need. The Four Points of the Compass represent the mathematical meaning of life, offering direction and purpose.
Where do we turn: North, South, East, or West? Which path will guide us through life?
The compass not only points the way but serves as a symbol of helping one another along the journey.

Richard Labrosse was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and through work, he had the opportunity to travel around the world. The travels to different countries showed him a different view of the world, witnessing the pain and suffering of many. He is a proud grandfather of 5, a father of two boys and married to his wife of forty years. He is now retired and has taken up writing as a hobby. This is his second published book. He believes that, like music, words can heal some of the pain that many have. He is always asking what he can do to help out this world. He tries to write about society issues using fiction, hoping his words can make a difference in the world and help in some way. Hoping we listen to all those who have something to say. I personally thank you, the reader for taking the time to read this important story and hoping you take away two key messages:
