Review by a US reader 22nd May 2025

The detailed lives of many characters met in Book 1, An Arrow Through Time, , find themselves fighting in the trenches of WWI France, alternating with time displacement into the 15th Century. This involves political intrigue mixed with sorcery to replace England’s King Edward IV with Henry of Wales, in amazingly detailed descriptions of life both of these eras.
I am always astounded at Maggie’s gift of narration and storytelling!

The action-packed sequel to An Arrow Through Time.
