It all began in a wee town called Waimate, New Zealand. The main character, RooWai, is pronounced 'roo-why'. He's a Wallaby, which means he also has cousins who are Kangaroos! His best friend is Perry and he is a Pukeko, and Perry is a native of New Zealand and is a friendly, cheeky bird!
