Sinopsis

There is a mighty ancient oak on the Curved Shore and in its hollow there is a crystal ball, touching which deprives a human of their soul and turns them into a black raven. Gradually those were-ravens gain power over the whole world. Only the Rainbow Land, which lies far away behind the mountains and seas, still remains free of their power. The boys August and Nicholas, who lead their happy lives there, set off on a search for the magic tree, as they dream of freeing the world from the power of the sorcerers.
