Sinopsis

Th’ 2nd ‘Ode’ Gold Wolves is a follow on from my first publication of the illustrated collection of poems about Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. My writing consists of not only the time that I have watched Wolves but also of yesteryear. At home or far from it, always having Wolves in mind. There’s even the odd staff member who worked behind the scene, not forgetting a supporter story. From a lad who listened to elders in my Wolverhampton family telling me about great players, to a retired supporter in attendance with our younger generation. Wolves, a one club city that’s worth writing about, that’s why I do so. There’s some fantastic books about WWFC out there and I have some of them. I’m a poet, who does a wee bit of writing. I’m different, I travel write, tell of my experiences, Wolves are everywhere and everywhere with me. Plus, where were you when you heard the sad news about Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II?
