Merrie Frankel is the president of Minerva Realty Consultants, LLC, serves on the board of directors of Agree Realty Corporation, and teaches courses on real estate capital markets at Columbia University and New York University. She holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from the Hofstra University and BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
Hugh Kelly is a leading real state economist, consultant, teacher, and public speaker. He teaches courses in urban economics, market analysis, and risk and portfolio management at NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate's Master's Degree Program. He holds a Ph.D. in urban economics from Ulster University.
