The book talks about some mental and behavioral principles and techniques that may be used to control students in the exams hall, it shows their similarity in principle with the methods applied by leaders and authorities in politicizing, controlling the large society. It can also be used with any group, small or large, with these tricks and techniques adoption on the relationships psychological side between the exam supervisor and students, the leader and followers, the person in charge of a group and his subordinates, between the followed and his follower. They are divided into three sequential levels the exam supervisor (invigilator, observer, officer .. etc) gradually pass through. As an authority representative, he starts from the politician work level where he faces various social groups. After that he moves to the level of work as a judicial official who decides the laws, manages the relationship between the society elements. At the third level he works as a policeman, has only to implement the law, appears the authority presence and impose its prestige.
