ICTs are making dynamic changes in society. They are influencing all aspects of life. Similarly, there is no doubt that ICT brings a massive change in the field of education also. 1. Identify, describe and analyse the impact of the use of ICTs in education on secondary school students' attainment in Ghana.
2. Inform decisions about the content and directions of future policies on the use of ICTs in education in the country.
