Substrate Kingdom: Exploring Where God's Kingdom and Pop Culture Meet - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

Have you ever been playing a game, watching a movie, or reading a book and noticed something that reminded you of your walk with Christ? Substrate Kingdom is a collection of articles with five unreleased chapters that will help you examine how the stories you love intersect with your faith. While the intention to illustrate biblical truth may not have been there when it was written, as God's creations we will inevitably touch on the truth we see in the Bible through the stories we tell. He made the world we live in after all. Now we get to have the fun of finding those connections, learning from them, and applying them to our relationship with our Creator. Before reading this you might not have known the Christian traits of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, how we communicate with God and how the Triforce from Zelda relates, or which characters from across the geek universe exhibit the Fruits of the Spirit. Lessons from many franchises are contained within these pages, so you're sure to find biblical truths in some stories you love.
