Sinopsis

In 1991, Hannah Herrera disappeared from a small town in Iowa. Two persons of interest were never charged, but were believed to be behind her abduction. Thirty years later, Hannah has nearly faded from the town's memory, with the exception of her best friend Emily, who was the last person to see her and has been consumed with learning the truth ever since. With one suspect on his death bed and interest in closure fading with every passing year, Emily is desperate for justice; desperate enough to contact an armchair detective willing to get close to the case and who has one philosophy: Sometimes we have to get justice another way.
