Dancing Through The Fire: How one woman's trials set her heart on fire. - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

As an enthusiastic new Christian, Janice Rodgers was finding church a bit dry, not resembling the accounts of the early church in the Acts of the Apostles - or the passion of some of the big name evangelists she began to hear at mission conferences. As she began to experience more of life in the Holy Spirit her everyday life threw up challenges serious to rock anybody's faith. Yet she began to dream of serving God in radical ways, bringing the fire of the gospel to discouraged hearts and unheard-of people, going out into the highways and byways of a forgotten world. Her story is an incredible testimony to God's desire to achieve the miraculous through the powerless, blessing every risk we take for His sake.Janice speaks with honesty about the deep issues of the heart, of learning to forgive and of allowing the Lord to heal her 'broken places.' The fire is often God's place of refining us, and Janice did not shrink back from the refiners fire. You too, will be both challenged and encouraged to trust God with every aspect of your life, and to see how He will weave even your own mistakes and bad decisions, and shape them into something of eternal worth.
