[•]The author of this book is a practicing attorney who specializes in, among other areas, immigration law and has hands-on experience in negotiating family-based immigration. The author is a graduate from of the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, NY. Even before becoming an attorney, the author worked as an interpreter in an immigration law office. He also assisted his friends and relatives in preparing their green card applications.
