Sinopsis

The spill starts on a bright sunny morning and calm seas and all was going well in a small part of the Gulf of Mexico on the Deepwater Eclipse oil drilling platform when the release happened that would impact all the Gulf States as the most significant oil release in history. Jack Owens is called in to lead part of the Incident Response Team and a young woman on his team uncovers a massive theft intended to punish the oil company responsible that threatens the survival of him and his team as the thieves try to protect with murder, intimidation, and bribes the more than $100,000,000 dollars they have stolen, and continue to steal more.
