Sinopsis

In this short memoirs, I describe the emotional trauma experienced when I was diagnosed with cancer and the lengths I went to, to cure the cancer and prevent it from coming back. After enormous amounts of research on improving my health and strengthening my immune system, I became quite extreme with my alternative therapies and other health products I introduced into my life. I am sure that many readers will find this section useful to improve their own health. Nevertheless, I also took some quite radical decisions regarding my treatment which I am not suggesting that it would be wise to copy. That is my disclaimer! The last chapter describes what it was like during lockdown with a compromised immune system. This book will be helpful for anyone struggling with health issues and looking to improve their life style.
