Each page is set up as a double spread: on the left is space for you to record the shoot date, location, subject, camera, ISO & shoot conditions. Below this is just over half a page grid-marked for notes, sketches and any other information you want to record. On the right side is a table with 36 entries for your shots. Here is space for you to write down the shot #, time, lens, exposure, f-stop and brief note on each shot.
