This battery is one of the resultants of a series of studies to attempt to understand the greater world of conflict and its management among business organisations. Conflict Management Inquest (CMI) is an attempt to identify, standardise and thereby guide the future extension of studies pertaining to management of conflicts among organisational workforce. This can be used either as a standalone or specific modules which is part of CMI Battery representing the intended research variables. Notwithstanding the modalities of the scientific notions of modern day managerial research, this questionnaire should preferably be pretested and may be suitably modified to suit the needs of the research.
