Sinopsis

This book is dedicated to my mum who has suffered from Dementia for over 16 years and to my dad who has looked after her for all this time. For anyone who has come into contact/dealt with someone suffering Dementia, you may recognise some of the issues. For those who have not, this will be an eye opener. The story is about my visits to my family home and the holidays we went on. It may be shocking in its content, but it is a true story, warts and all. If this book helps to highlight the disease, then I have done my job. If this book alters people's conception and changes are made to the care and funding for sufferers and their carers, then I have gone above and beyond my job.
