This is a journal with prompts (questions and suggestions), and it was designed to support you during 6 months of therapy (with weekly therapy sessions, ie. 4-5 sessions per month).

It will help you make progress by:

- prompting you to think and write about important things before, during and after each therapy session, (eg. how you are feeling, thoughts that are coming to your mind, recent events, etc)

- and encouraging you to make periodic check ups (ie. assess your overall progress) at the end of each month.

The Meaningful Quotes and Thoughts section will allow you to capture powerful quotes or thoughts that help you feel energized and committed to your healing journey, and in the Additional Notes pages you will find extra space to write about anything else that you think is important and was not captured by the previous sections (or you may use it as a space to continue to write about your Therapy Sessions and periodic Checkups, if you’d like to have more room for that).
