As one goes out and comes in daily, one comes in contact with various categories of people doing different kinds of work just to earn a living.

Some of the things being done are of a sophisticated nature like operating some complex machines and some are very simple like selling pure water on the streets. Some of the jobs as well are skilled and some are not.

But whatever thing anybody does as a profession, one thing remains certain and that is the desire to succeed. This of course is inherent in humans since nobody wants to be sidelined in life or relegated to the background.
But if I should ask the question, what is success? What would be your answer? The question I know will no doubt elicit different answers from different individuals and groups and some of the answers might be myopic and even negative.

Whereas the doctor may see success as being able to help his patients solve their health problems, the salesmen may see success as making millions of naira worth of sales for his company. To the housewife, success may be her ability to influence her husband and create harmony in the home while to the average boxer out there in the ring, success may be his winning the world boxing heavy weight belt at the expense of either Mike Tyson, Holyfield or Lennox Lewis.
