Theo is a loving son and brother, a loyal friend and an average student. He has a caring girlfriend and lives in a good friendly neighbourhood. From the outside he has a nice comfortable life and although he may never set the world on fire has a great deal of potential on his life.

However beneath this veneer his easy privileged life belies the war raging within, a constant battle with an unseen and unmerciful enemy which strikes with no reason and never takes prisoners.

Run The Valley brings us into the life and mind of a young man as he battles with sporadic and unpredictable depression. With the weight of grief still scarring his heart and the pressures of the big game looming Theo walks a fine line to be open and honest with his struggles. However, this is still a world where his overwhelming anxieties are sometimes misunderstood, but a world where we are all connected, all on the same journey and where every life has meaning purpose and reason.

Even with this crippling depression Theo’s life is already affecting those around him in a positive way, but now because of him, one life will change forever.
