this book is a set of poem's I wrote to deal with my daily Acute PTSD, by facing my demons and controlling them instead of them controlling me. I hope by others reading my work, you will realize you are not alone and be empowered by my words. I have already had some success in this area but trying to reach as many people inflicted with PTSD as possible. Even if you don't have PTSD, by knowing what people with PTSD are thinking, you may be able to help them in times of need.
