Sinopsis

This is vol. 6 of my new series, PTSD Coping Skills using poetry and short stories. As always, this is how I have learned to cope with my Acute PTSD. I have learned to face my demons using words, specifically poetry. It helps me take control my demons and provide stability in my daily life. It is my hope and desire that these poems, and stories, will do the same for you. I hope by reading my work other people with PTSD can lead a somewhat normal life. Although my trauma was war related, I hope that it will work on other people with PTSD. I have been told it raises awareness and educates people who might be dealing with people with this horrible disease. I urge you to try this form of coping and sincerely hope it helps.
