Sinopsis
A text for a second-semester course in non-calculus mathematical modeling, a follow-on to Math That Matters, a first-course in mathematical modeling. The text uses the modeling tools learned in the first course and concentrates on the process of building mathematical models, including making and justifying assumptions; collecting data; analyzing a solution; and communicating the results.
