Sinopsis

"...promise me we're better than stars. That love lasts forever; burns bright beyond eons and never dissolves. Doesn't fade or free-fall into oblivion. Swear on something sacred, scents of autumn perhaps, that we'll fuse and fold into each other..."

Inspired by incredible works of 'flash fiction' styled stories from within the VSS365 hashtag on Twitter, By Way of Words: A Micro Prose Journey Through the Elements That Mold Us is a compilation of small-scale poems or 'micro prose.'

Using no more than the character length of a tweet, the compact pieces within these pages endeavor to lead readers into the far corners of the human psyche to explore various concepts that shape the human perspective.

With recurring themes in love, loss, the intimate pursuit of a spiritual self, and understanding how time and experience help guide our humanity, readers of Ty's works have come to enjoy an often deeply reflective tone at the heart of his poetry, encouraging them to ponder the bigness of the world around them through the wonderment of words.
