How to Increase Giving in the Local Church - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

God expects his people to be a giving people, for he loves a cheerful giver. Generous giving in the local congregation allows the church not only to function (to pay the light bill and insurance and for cleaning supplies and the like), but generous giving allows the church to be a light in the world through assisting the struggling soul and sharing the gospel of Jesus.

The COVID-19 pandemic has led many people to stay away from the weekly assembly, and the Christian's absence has place a financial burden on the local church. Yet, the church still needs to function, and God's people--ALL God's people--need to be generous in their giving.

Dr. Justin Imel, Sr. combines over 20 years of experience with a unique preaching style to help Christians recognize their responsibility before God. The sermons contained in this book have been preached in several congregations of the Churches of Christ; every time these sermons have been preached, giving has increased. In fact, the only way for people to understand their obligation before God and increase their giving is through the faithful proclamation of God's Word.
