Why did I write this book? Because I wanted a more Catholic and Christian preparation time for postpartum for mothers. Plus, the postpartum time is neglected a lot in our culture. Learn about the SMART mother model and more in this book.
Who am I? What are my credentials? I am a mother (well-seasoned) and I have had my life experiences. I stand by all the ideas in this book when it comes to parenting – we have experienced it all – breastfeeding, pumping milk in middle of night, sleeping with our babies when they sleep (hey, you get your sleep when you can), etc. I am also a doula and have spent many years helping other mothers in pregnancy and childbirth – doulaing since 2011! My husband has supported my book writing efforts as well!
Lastly, this book is for you the mother who needs support for postpartum time, this is your time to shine! We hope the ideas and practices from this book will bring you peace and love! Enjoy,
