Sinopsis

The intention of this manual is to supplement the theory-based experiments in the
Experiment-based lessons booklet. In that manual, you will have explored concepts
and theories of electrical circuiting that are typically covered in secondary and early
post-secondary education. The focus of this manual will be integrating what you have
learned in the first lesson with working models (which you will get the chance to build
by hand!) that engage in the broad topic of green energy generation, circuit building,
and diagnostics. All readers of our manual and users of hardware will have their own
backgrounds and purposes for learning electronics. You may be a high school student
getting first exposure to this field, a hobbyist that wants to do circuit diagnostics at
home, or an educator/administrator who needs to deliver a concise program to students.
Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered!

Our material is written with a broad audience in mind. Although, the reader will
need a certain level of technical knowledge (senior high school) to fully comprehend
the contents, we have also decided to write in a way to make the learning outcomes
appropriate for younger learners or those with less experience. As such, this resource
is not meant to be a comprehensive technical manual but more the starting point for
one’s journey in learning about electronics engineering. The knowledge sections
in the book are meant to be concise and at a level suitable for even beginners to
appreciate. It should be supplemented with a deeper textbook or online research if
one is interested in the more technical details of the concepts or projects covered. In
the Building section that follow, readers will be led step-by-step on how to build their
project models, followed by the Engineering section where they can do circuiting and
answer quantitative questions. We have also included a subset of qualitative questions
to prompt critical thinking regarding the lesson. We trust that learners of all levels will
find something valuable in our resources.

All building parts and engineering equipment should be included as part of the full
learning kit, or they can be purchased individually through our company’s website.
