Candle Lighting KAVANOS: Inspiration for 8 Days of Chanukah and More - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

"Sometimes we do a mitzvah, and we don't feel the secret of it. May we be blessed that we should always feel it, but sometimes we don't. And there are moments when you do a mitzvah, you can't help it, but you feel all the secrets, all the secrets, all the holy secrets."
– Reb Shlomo Carlebach, of Blessed Memory, on Chanukah

When we choose to live an eternal life, be it through our observance of Chanukah or otherwise applying our Torah study and setting it into action, we live beyond the physical, in the realm of the Miraculous. Miracles are therefore actually in our hands.

To help us to experience some of the holiness of Chanukah, Partners in Prayer has compiled this uplifting collection of writings by Rabbi Simcha Weinberg. The goal is to achieve increasing levels of attachment to God as we light each candle.

We hope this New and Expanded edition will help you reach your goals and open up some of the secrets of the Festival of Lights!
